What you need:
1/2 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 Tbsp of butter
4 tsp of sugar
1 Tbsp of flour
Put the chocolate and butter into the microwave
for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds whisk until nice and creamy.
Then add in the sugar.
Whisk in the egg slowly so the chocolate wont
cook the eggs. Then add in the flour.
Spray 2 ramekins with oil.
Fill the ramekin about half way with the batter.
Place into the oven at 400 F for 10 minutes
Take out of oven after 10 minute and let
cool for about 3-5 minutes. After done
cooling place a plate on top of the ramekins
and flip them over. Sprinkle some powdered
sugar or even with a scoop of ice cream.
