Chocolate Chip Cookies
What you need:
1 Stick of butter bring to room temperature
If your butter is cold, just microwave it for 30sec
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 tsp of baking soda
1/4 tsp of salt
Cream the egg. white sugar, and the brown sugar.
Make sure to whisk with your hands so the batter wont be to wet and runny.
Add in the butter and mix well until creamy.
Add in the vanilla and flour. Mix well until gets thick.
Then mix in the chocolate chips.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Using a small scoop, scoop some dough onto the parchment paper.
After putting them onto the parchment paper roll
them into balls with your hands.
Place the cookies into the oven with 350 F for 10 minutes.
Do NOT cook them longer. If cooking the cookies
longer they will turn out hard when cooled.
After cooking for 10 minutes, let them cool.
