What you need:
9 red potatoes cut into forth's
4 garlic cloves pealed
5 slices of bacon chopped into small pieces
3 T of parsley or dill
Cut the potatoes into forth's and put to boil on medium heat.
Meanwhile chop up the bacon and cook them on medium heat.
Get the bacon to a nice crispy texture. When the bacon is nice
and crispy add in the garlic. As soon as the galric is
added take it off the heat.
Bring the potatoes to a boil. Add one teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon
of seasoning salt.They should cook from 10-15 minutes.
Check with a fork if they are read. The fork should go through
the potatoes very easy and smooth.
Drain the potatoes and place them on a plate or in a bowl.
Pour the bacon over the top of the potatoes, and add
any herbs that you prefer.
