Juicy BBQ Ribs

These ribs are soo good and easy to make. All you need is a little
time and patience. We will bake these ribs in 2 different sauces.
First we will have a sweet garlicy sauce and then finish it off
with some sweet honey BBQ sauce. The honey BBQ is my favorite.
You can use any that you like. They are moist fall off the
the bone ribs with a sweet and a little spicy kick to them. I hope you enjoy!

What we need:

1/2 a slab of ribs (I used pork)
1 tablespoon hot sauce
1 cup of mayo
2 tablespoons honey mustard
1/2 of an onion chopped
3 garlic cloves minced or pressed

Start off by making your sauce. So, combine the mayo, diced onion,
minced garlic, hot sauce, and the honey mustard. Give it a
good mix and it is ready to go.

Take any seasoning that you prefer and season the ribs.
I used 1 tsp of salt, 1 tsp of pepper, 1/2 tsp of paprika,
1/2 tsp of oregano, a pinch of red pepper flakes,
and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder.

Take the sauce and spread a good even amount on top of the ribs.
Cover the ribs with foil. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the ribs into the oven and bake for 2 hours.

Take out of the oven and spread a good layer of BBQ sauce
and place back into the oven. Set the oven on Hi Broil and bake
for another 10 minutes. Don't put the foil on.
Or you can grill them for 10-15 minutes.

Thank you for visiting my blog.
Enjoy!
