Meatballs (katleti)


1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground turkey
1 slice of french bread ( can use any bread you like)
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 onion
1 garlic clove
1 egg
hand full of fresh parsley
1/4 cup milk
salt, pepper, and preferred spices
plain bread crumbs








Soak bread in the milk

Add the ground pork and turkey into a bowl.
Add the mayo, egg, spices, and salt and pepper.



In a blender add the onion, garlic, fresh parsley, and the bread.
The extra milk, add it to the ground pork and turkey mixture







When blended add to the pork mixture
Mix well with your hand 



Add 3 table spoons of plain bread crumbs




Roll the meat into golf size balls


Preheat the oven to 350 F


Fry the meatballs on medium heat.
The meatballs need to have a golden color and not fully cooked


Put them into a glass pan. 





Wrap the pan with foil and put them in the oven for 20-25 min.






Top them off with anything you like.
