Creamy Beef Stroganoff




Are you looking for a quick and easy but sophisticated recipe?  Well this is what you are looking for. The savory beef and creamy sauce go so well together. This recipe only took me 30 minutes to make. With just a few ingredients you can have your family enjoying an amazing meal. What’s great about this recipe you can pair the sauce with absolutely anything? I used egg noodle and absolutely enjoyed it. Yield: 3-4 
What you need:
1 medium onion
4 mushrooms sliced
2 lbs beef stew meat
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp of flour
2 tbsp of sour cream
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
salt/pepper to taste
1/2 tsp seasoning salt
1 garlic clove minced
1/2 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 cup egg noodle pasta

Turn the stove to medium heat and pour the butter and oil. Let heat up and saute the beef in skillet. 



 Cook the meat for about 10 minutes of medium heat until get a brown color. Add in the cut onions and cook for about 3 minutes. Then add the in water and mix.


Add in the mushrooms and continue cooking for about 5 minutes. Make sure to mix in between. While making the sauce make sure to to boil about 2 1/2 cup of egg noodle pasta.


 Add in the flour and mix well until all of the flour in incorporated. Add in then milk and sour cream. Make sure to mix well. Allow this to cook for about 5 minutes. Add the garlic and the seasoning. The mixture should start thickening up.



Add the pasta in after the sauce starts to thicken.
