Opened Face Egg and Avocado Toast
Breakfast just got a whole lot better. I love breakfast! It's probably my favorite part of the day. If you are looking for something quick with great flavor, this is the perfect dish. The bread is crunchy and slightly buttery, with avocado mash and a hint of lemon, and a perfectly cooked egg. It is absolutely delicious. Continue reading to learn how to make it.
What you need:
4 slices of fresh bread
1 tomato, sliced
2 eggs
1-2 tbsp of lemon juice
1 garlic clove
2 avocados
salt and pepper to taste
Start by mashing the avacados, adding the lemon, grated garlic, and salt and pepper.
Slice the tomatoes and toast the bread on high heat with butter.
Fry up 2 eggs (any way preferred). Spread the avocado over the bread and add a slice of tomato on top of the avocado. Add the egg on top.
